We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 16 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.



CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. 

Our CrossFit program utilizes the following, but not exclusively:

  • Gymnastics (body-weight) movements such as pushups, pullups, situps, etc…

  • Cardio movements such as running and rowing

  • Plyometric movements such as jump rope and box jumps

  • Weightlifting movements such as squats and presses

  • Olympic movements such as snatch and clean and jerk



Based on our CrossFit program, our Fitness program replaces the heavy barbell with lighter dumbbells and kettlebells and the more complex gymnastics movements with simplier ones.
